How You Will Contribute
The Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region is familiar with the Orlando or Tampa, Florida market and possesses exceptional employee relations and management skills. They are successful and results-driven, and are willing and able to take full P&L responsibility for the regional operations. With an anticipated expansion, the individual must be able to onboard and oversee new properties in their region.
Ten plus years of multi-site apartment management on a portfolio of various unit sizes properties is mandatory.
